About the Role
Robert Kaufman Co. is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to execute high-impact marketing initiatives across social media, email, and digital channels. This role translates strategy into organized, high-quality campaigns that support product launches, drive customer engagement, and build brand demand.

Working closely with leadership, Sales, and Merchandising, the Digital Marketing Manager owns campaign execution from planning through delivery—ensuring initiatives are launched on time, aligned with business objectives, and effectively support product adoption. In addition to execution, this role contributes insights to improve content performance, enhance workflows, and strengthen overall campaign effectiveness.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketer to deepen their expertise while developing toward a future leadership position within Robert Kaufman Co.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Execution
  • Execute against a structured marketing calendar aligned with product launches and key initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day social media posting, scheduling, and content updates
  • Create and deploy customer newsletters and email campaigns
  • Translate campaign direction into clear, organized, and actionable content plans

Content Development & Coordination
  • Develop written and visual content that aligns with brand standards
  • Coordinate assets, messaging, and timelines across internal teams
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual presentation across channels
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining content libraries

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales and Merchandising to support product launches, account initiatives, and customer-facing programs
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and align messaging
  • Work with external partners (freelancers, designers, etc.) as needed

Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor key metrics such as social engagement, email performance, and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and content performance
  • Support ongoing refinement of content, workflows, and execution processes

Tools & Workflow Management
  • Use modern marketing tools, including AI-based platforms, to improve efficiency, increase content output, and enhance quality
  • Maintain organized workflows for content planning and execution
  • Help bring structure and clarity to multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or social media roles
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual instincts
  • Experience managing content calendars and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and email marketing tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern content platforms
  • Basic photo/video editing skills; graphic design experience is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)

Preferred:
  • Experience in quilting, sewing, textiles, or related creative industries
  • Experience working with or coordinating freelancers or external partners
  • Exposure to team leadership, people management, or team-building initiatives
  • Familiarity with wholesale, B2B, or craft industry marketing

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000, based on experience and qualifications
