Robert Kaufman Fabrics (home of Kona® Cotton) is seeking a motivated and experienced independent sales representative to manage and grow our Mountain West (Utah and Colorado) territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven professional with a proven B2B sales track record to deepen relationships, expand market reach, and drive results. You’ll take over an active, established account base and represent well-known, in-demand product lines with full autonomy as a 1099 contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet regularly with quilt shops and other B2B customers to present new releases and current product lines
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts
Actively prospect for new business in your region
Schedule and execute efficient sales appointments across your territory
Hit sales targets and provide reliable sales forecasting
Serve as a brand ambassador and trusted partner to your customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and account support
What You Bring:
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
Industry experience required: textiles, hand-crafts, or a directly related category
Ability to travel regularly within your region (60–75%)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Self-starter with strong follow-through and customer focus
Compensation:
Commission-only role with unlimited earning potential
